Yuna’s an interesting one, as it’s just her 549 Borderless Surge Foil that have drawn the most interest from eager buyers in the secondary market. I love a big ol’ dragon in my Magic collection, and Bahamut certainly fits that bill. Get combos edh behind the wheel in Aetherdrift, a multiversal race filled with adrenaline-fueled Magic gameplay across three worlds.

Battle your friends with powerful creatures and spectacular spells from across the Multiverse, in Magic’s most popular multiplayer format. Experience Magic’s most popular format with these ready to play decks, each containing 2 Foil Legendary cards, a 2-card Collector Booster Sample Pack and 10 never-before-seen Commander cards. Duel your rival outlaws in thrilling multiplayer games.
Kefka, Court Mage is one of the main ways you’ll be forcing your opponents to discard cards. Depending on what your opponents discard, you can wind up drawing more than the number of cards discarded, since Kefka draws equal to the number of card types among discarded cards. The Borderless version is also the absolute definition of a collector’s item if I’ve ever seen one, and proving to have plenty of interest as well. Both of these can also be considered a top 10 card for collectors, also demanding a rather mighty price at around $72.13 for the former, and $232.71 for the later in the market right now. While current listings on TCGPlayer hover around $66 for the standard issue, it has already sold for as much as $208.30 this month for its fantastic borderless version.
Kefka is a very damaging card, both in terms of power and in terms of affecting the gamestate drastically. Kefka drains your opponents of resources while swinging in for damage. Since your opponents have to discard a ton, there’s a reanimation sub-theme in the deck. Or perhaps, collectors will instead be most interested in the new Final Fantasy x Secret Lair drops, instead.
For the Core Set 2021–only decks specifically, none of the decks has more than one of each rare since those are the numbers you’re likely to open if you crack a couple of boxes. These decks are appropriate for fun, casual play and for new players. If you’re looking for higher-powered decks (more appropriate for FNM), we play budget decks every week on the Budget Magic series, with a typical budget of $100.
